Job description

We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to manage 4+ social media accounts. You will oversee multiple companies interactions with the public through implementing content strategies on social media platforms. Duties include analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interactions, planning digital campaigns to build community online, create and implement engagement strategies and help manage interns.As a Social media manager, you should be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. You should have excellent communication and copy editing skills and be able to express each brand's voice creatively. Ultimately, you should be able to present each brand's voice in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals and maintain an outstanding online presence.ResponsibilitiesPerform research on current trends, audience preferences, SEO and newsCreate and implement social media strategies and content calendars to align with each business' goals and voiceGenerate concepts, copy edit, publish and share engaging content dailyCollaborate with other teams, like creative, marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistencyCommunicate and engage with followers and other accounts, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviewsHelp manage internsSuggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitionsSkillsProven work experience as a Social Media ManagerHands on experience in content managementExcellent copywriting and editing skillsAbility to deliver creative content ideas and calendarsSolid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google AnalyticsKnowledge of online marketing channelsExcellent communication and organization skillsMultitasking and project management skillsBachelors degree in relevant field or minimum 3 years of Social Media Management experienceWill offer higher rate upon completing first 30 days.Job Type: Full-timePay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hourBenefits:Employee discountHealth insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:Winter Park, FL 32789: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Education:Associate (Preferred)Experience:Social Media Management: 3 years (Preferred)Work Location: One location
