The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a remote Talent Acquisition Manager to join our global HR team. Our employees are spread out from Europe to North America to South Asia.

Your Responsibilities

  • As the first recruiter in North America, you will focus on recruiting top talent to meet the hiring needs of our rapidly growing business.
  • Be a strategic partner with hiring managers and key stakeholders. Understand hiring needs and translate their goals into an effective, efficient hiring process.
  • Provide excellent support to candidates throughout the recruiting process, keeping them informed, engaged, and excited about Open Systems.
  • Maintain a diverse pipeline of candidates using creative and varied sourcing channels.
  • Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company.


Your Experience
  • 5+ years full life cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth technology environment (SaaS) for positions at all levels. Cybersecurity experience is a plus.
  • Prior experience recruiting tough-to-find technical talent.
  • Experience identifying, developing, and maintaining a vast network of passive candidates, experience with active sourcing tools is needed
  • Focused on delivering an excellent candidate experience.
  • Ability to build relationships with managers and colleagues across multiple disciplines and time zones.
  • Flexibility; you can change directions quickly when priorities change.
  • You took part and/or organized recruiting events (offline and online)
  • You are used to collaborating with IT organizations for students and professionals
  • You know how to build a strong employer brand and have experience with job platforms, social media, etc.
