Direct Hire Business Analyst in Alpharetta
Salary 95k-110k

Responsibilities:

• Lead client implementation projects by auditing incoming data, creating/modifying data readers, testing datasets using SQL queries, and evaluating/summarizing results.
• Use analytical and problem-solving skills to answer business questions and resolve data issues.
• Assist with new reports creation and reports review.
• Provide technical guidance to junior team members.
• Learn about our product suites and business processes to provide internal and external technical consulting.
• Document processes and procedures.

Business Requirements

• 7+ years' experience as a business analyst or in a similar technical capacity.
• Good understanding of healthcare data and/or financial data.
• Strong organizational skills and an attention to details and quality is a must.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Technical Requirements:

• Application of business and critical thinking to data analytics.
• Excellent SQL coding skills.
• Knowledge of a programming language such as Python or SAS.
• Experience with Excel for data display and summarization.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
