Your Role

The Financial Analyst will be a key member of the core FP&A team. The Financial Analyst's responsibilities will be split between supporting traditional FP&A activities and Salesforce Administration. The position will be responsible for completing various financial analysis of the business and providing key decision support to the Sr. Leadership team.

Your Responsibilities

* Providing financial/analytical support to key constituents throughout the organization.
* Creating financial models for decision support.
* Identifying, analyzing, and tracking trends that impact financial performance.
* Reviewing and analyzing financial statements and reports.
* Performing research and analysis as required.
* Maintaining Salesforce platform for various company stakeholders (Salesforce Admin).
* Creating data visualization dashboards in Tableau.
* Assisting with the annual budgeting and monthly/quarterly forecasting process.
* Other responsibilities as directed and necessary for the business.

Your Background

* Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
* 2-5 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and modeling preferred.
* Strong fluency with Excel formulas and functions.
* Experience with Salesforce required, Salesforce Admin certification desired. Company will provide Salesforce Admin training as needed.
* Experience with Tableau or other BI tools a plus.
* Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
* Strong interpersonal skills; comfortable working with Senior Leadership.
* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
* Strong organizational skills; attention to detail.
