About the role:

Are you looking for an opportunity to be an HR manager supporting multiple client groups? Reporting to the VP of HR for FRMS (Financial Risk Management Solutions) you will guide and develop 300+ associates and play a key role in a global HR team.

What you can look forward to:

* Supporting the success of the organization's strategic plan
* Leading and counseling leaders to optimize their human capital via employee engagement, organizational efficiency, employee relations, change management, learning and development, and performance management efforts
* Working side by side with driven business leaders who embrace people and partner in leading the functional talent review process to identify high potential talent, ensuring their continued development, and crafting a solid succession plan for key roles
* Keeping a pulse on the culture, partnering with associates to develop action plans to drive engagement
* Partnering with recruiting to brand, source and attract a diverse team, driving effective onboarding practices, including leading new leader assimilations
* Helping to facilitate investigations as needed and assist with being the decision maker on various employee relations matters
* Recommending process improvements or changes that will improve effectiveness and/or efficiency of operations with the business as well as the HR team
* Project managing key initiatives and projects across the broader P&RS (Payment & Risk Solutions) team
* Partnering with senior leaders to be a change agent on transformational business initiatives

Your responsibilities as our HR Manager:

* Provide best practice HR advice
* Partner with various business units and leaders
* Coach and mentor at all levels
* Lead and support HR projects/initiatives
* Help craft site-wide or business-focused communications
* Be a force for good and drive engagement activities
* A resilient change agent with a desire to drive transformational business initiatives

To be successful in this role you will bring:

* 5+ years' solid HR generalist experience
* Exceptional communication skills
* Maturity and common sense in abundance
* Experience navigating your way through complex situations
* Great conflict resolution skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure
* Can-do attitude with a delivery focus and a 'no job too small' mentality
* Drive for results, resiliency, change management and business transformational experience
* Business acumen and project management skills
