Key responsibilities:

  • Build professional relationships with prospective candidates
  • Identify screening criteria and screen candidates; present the best candidate to hiring managers for review.
  • Monitor and track candidate pipeline and ensure it is adequate to meet the requirements of the open vacancies.
  • Provide feedback on candidates to hiring managers and candidates.
  • Extend and negotiate offers.
  • Document communications and interactions with candidates in applicant tracking system

Key Requirements:

  • 0-2 years technical recruiting experience for both contract and perm requisitions.
  • Strong networking skills.
  • Team oriented, with a "can do", positive attitude, must be willing to collaborate and mentor others.
  • Background in sourcing, recruiting and screening for all areas of IT (preferred).
  • Team Player
  • Excellent Written and Oral communication skills
  • An Entrepreneurial Spirit
  • Bachelor's Degree - Required
  • Ability to work in a high energy environment
