Position Summary:

Responsible for understanding and analyzing the business intent of a specific efforts and eliciting, authoring, refining, communicating, and validating that the business requirements for strategic products, services, or results meet the business objectives

Position Responsibilities:

* Manage strategic efforts and/or lead multiple larger workstreams or projects concurrently
* Conduct research and lead detailed analysis for complex business problems
* Oversee and lead peer reviews of team requirements, ensuring that they are meeting proper standards and considering all impacted areas.
* Expert level communication and presentation skills, leveraging the right method, mode, and medium
* Prepares recommendations utilizing information and clear connection to the business need, problem, or solution.
* Provide feedback into cost benefit analysis and feasibility of potential efforts.
* Works with minimal guidance, able to influence others and negotiate to achieve desired outcomes.
* Utilizes many tools and techniques to question and push back on proposed ideas, efforts or initiatives
* Seen as the subject matter expert on process, procedures, and practices
* Champion of continuous improvement and able to lead numerous actions at once.
* Executive presence and understanding of strategic direction

Position Requirements:

* College Degree required, or commensurate experience; MBA and certifications a plus
* 10+ years in a Lead role and/or lead on transformation or large strategic efforts
* Expert/Detail Industry Knowledge
* Advanced Problem Solving
* Expert Level Communication Skills
* Top level decision-making skills
* Top level facilitation skills
* Ability to synthesize a lot of information into clear, concise and consumable deliverables
* Adaptability to changing business needs and conditions
* Approach work with a sense of urgency
