Job description
Anhut & Associates, a manufacturer's rep group for upscale home décor and lighting, has an opening for two articulate and highly-skilled Customer Care Specialists in our mid-town Atlanta office. Initial Responsibilities
· Provide day-to-day support for customers by serving as the first point of contact for inbound calls and e-mails, investigating questions and providing timely responses
· Process requests through ticketing system
· Data entry into a CRM - knowledge of Zoho would be helpful
· Order entry through web-based systems and/or email
· Shipping of literature/finishes
· Processing merchandise returns
· Product price quotes
· Generate, manage, and file paperwork
· Report and spreadsheet generation
· Other duties as requested
· Cross-training will take place after initial development in role
Required Skills:
· At least 2-4+ years in a customer service role
· Must be outgoing, friendly, and professional
· A customer-centric approach with a sense of urgency is required
· Must have great attention to detail
· Ability to establish and nurture effective working relationships with customers, managers, supply partners, and fellow employees
· Excellent time management, organization, and communication skills - both verbal and written
· Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
· Advanced Excel knowledge
· Database management
