Associate Financial Representative

Job description

Atlanta based Financial Advisor looking to hire a full-time Associate Financial Representative for client service and operational support. Ideal candidate is very well organized and able to prioritize. Prior knowledge of Life insurance, Long-Term Disability, and Investments is preferred but not required. Life and Health License required within 60 days of start.

• Actively manage financial advisor's calendar and appointments
• Handle dictation, process correspondence, and maintain client case files
• Resolve client service and billing issues professionally and in a timely manner
• Manage office supplies and inventory

Strong attention to detail, pro-active, self-motivated with positive energy

• Detail oriented; possesses ability to process detailed paperwork correctly and efficiently
• Comfortable working in a focused, entrepreneurial environment
• Excellent interpersonal and telephone skills
• Strong personal computing and social media skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
