As Product Analyst you will be responsible for on-going reporting and ad hoc analysis to support the OptumRx cash card product team. This involves leveraging Rx claims data for business insights, performance trends, and consumer behavior. Areas of analysis include claims pricing, consumers demographics, consumer baskets, and our sales rep performance.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Manipulation and analysis of data in support of a variety of analytic requests
• Use claims data and all other sources of data to do business analysis and reporting for the product performance and business insight
• Develop data solutions to support product models, analysis, and reporting
• Use business intelligence, data visualization, query, analytics, and statistical software to build solutions, perform analysis, and interpret data
• Translate highly complex concepts in ways that can be understood by a variety of audiences
• Develop metrics to drive business growth
• Providing insights regarding the cash card product to internal groups within the organization

Required Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree in business or other applicable area
• 5+ years relevant experience in product analysis, financial analysis, and reporting
• Extensive knowledge of data analytic tools and visualization software

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary/hourly range for Colorado residents is $79,700 to $142,600. The salary/hourly range for Connecticut/Nevada residents is $87,900 to $156,900. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
