We're excited about the next evolution of our digital supply chain technologies and look forward to adding a Business Systems Analyst to our team to help us with our journey.

In this role you will partner with cross functional stakeholders around the world in an agile manner to deliver and implement supply chain technologies including SAP and Salesforce. If you have a background working in an agile, cross functional team delivering supply chain technologies we'd love to talk!

What you'll do for us

* Business requirements ownership and translation into functional and technical requirements.
* Be the translator between the Supply Chain Sales and Distribution teams with our Application Development teams and ensure world class solution delivery.
* Actively participate in all phases of the agile software development life cycle such as requirements gathering, design, development, testing and support
* Project management responsibilities: Deliver quality product for each project or phase on time, within budget and quality (no disruption to the business team). Manage the day to day of the project: timeline, resources issues, project issues, status report.
* Provide guidance for Master Data cleansing and Data conversion.
* Recommend system or process enhancements, ask questions, challenge the status quo, actively participate in the innovation process!
* Organize and lead demo to the stakeholders to provide visibility.
* Collaborate with the Learning and training department to ensure accurate user adoption
* Manage and track budgets to ensure on time delivery

Qualifications and Experience

* Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science or related field
* 3+ years of experience working as a Business Systems Analyst (or similar role)
* Experience in Supply Chain Sales and Distribution business processes, technologies, and innovations is required
* Agile experience
* Experience working with SAP is required
* Experience working with Salesforce is preferred
* Excellent verbal and written communication, organization, and ability to work cross functionally and cross culturally
