Acquisition Specialists are part of our Customer Care Center (CCC) team helping support our enterprise growth initiatives. CCC Acquisition Specialists are sales minded and dedicated on closing the deal. They are focused on quoting and binding new auto and fire product sales in support of our Enterprise growth initiatives.
The Customer Care Center supports our customers 24 hours/7 days a week. Our team members work in a shift environment that includes irregular hours, weekends, and holidays based on workload and job requirements. Schedules may change based on business need. We have the following types of shifts and openings:
Full-time
Morning
Afternoon/Evening Shifts
Schedules require availability on the weekends
Please Note:
Start Date: Monday March 7, 2022
Mandatory Training lasts 12 weeks in duration.
After training, associates will work approximately 80% at home and 20% in the office.
Training: Selected candidates will participate in 12 weeks of mandatory training that is paid at the same hourly rate as after training! Training schedules will vary based on shift and role. The training continues beyond day one as well.
Training hours will be 11:30 am - 8:00 pm EST
Onboarding: 3/07 - 3/09
Core Training: 3/10 - 5/06 (Monday - Friday)
Nesting Week 1: 5/9 - 5/13 (Monday - Friday)
Nesting Weeks 2 and 3: 5/14, 5/17 - 5/20 and 5/21, 5/24 - 5/27 (Saturday, Tuesday - Friday)

Competitive Starting Pay at $19.75/hr.
Opportunity for incentive compensation based on binding new policies
10% shift differential available for specific hours and weekends
Merit reviews are conducted annually and may include performance-based pay increases as well as a bonus based on company results.
New team members within the Customer Care Center department may be considered for other opportunities after 12 months of service.
Qualifications:
Acquisition Specialists are full-time opportunities requiring licensing. This includes successfully completing all applicable licensing exam(s), and background checks required of various state(s) in order to maintain employment. Competitive candidates have a minimum three years customer service sales experience, omni-channel preferred, and will successfully complete all required training in order to provide a remarkable customer experience. We are looking for the following skills:
Communicates clearly, professionally and empathetically via phone and written correspondence
Leverages sales, marketing, and influence skill set to assist with acquisition and retention of State Farm policyholders
Knows where to find answers to a variety of insurance related questions while helping the customer understand what will happen next
Handles multiple computer applications while helping customers on the phone while maintaining quality records in a fast-paced collaborative team environment
Thrives on accountability to your team, your work and your schedule!
