The Opportunity

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will have a CPA with international experience within the legal or e-Discovery arena. This position reports to the President & CEO.

The CFO is responsible for managing and directing the finance and accounting departments including annual audits, client accounting support, tax compliance, monthly close processes & reporting, forecasting, budgeting, long-range planning, insurance, and return on investment analysis. Serves as a key point of contact for accounting, finance department, and auditors.

Location

You'll work out of our new corporate headquarters in East Atlanta, GA. We are steps away from several local coffee shops and eateries.

Qualifications

· 2 to 10 years of experience working as a CFO or Finance/Accounting Director

· Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)

· A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

· Experience working for an international, e-Discovery company or law firm

· Strong modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and auditing experience

· Identify and address potential risks for the company

· Experience with international multi-currency transactions

· Appraise the company's financial position and issue periodic financial

and operating reports

· Team player and willing to roll up sleeves when needed

· Manage contract negotiations with vendors and customers

· Excellent leadership and decision-making skills

· Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.

· Strong knowledge of project management principles

· Willingness and ability to stand, sit, and view computer screen for

hours at a time

· Authorization to work for any employer in the United States
