Job description
Role & Responsibilities:
· Own and ensure achievement of agreed sales targets for assigned regions.
· Achieve targets for realizable revenue commitments
· Maintain high win rate for qualified opportunities
· Convert Target Prospects into Clients
· Achieve Go-To-Market (GTM) Offering Campaign targets
· Drive the Clients Referral Selling Process
· Drive the creation and qualification of new sales opportunities
· Devise measures to position JK Tech offerings to increase market share (to cross sell / up sell)
among the target customer segments.
· Executive tracking to open new doors
· Support closing deals through a balanced negotiation on sizing & pricing
· Coach and review the opportunity/bid win strategies
· Plan for Market campaigns with respective operating unit heads and marketing team
· Ensure branding is represented properly in respective regions across important forums.
· Connect client business objectives with JK Tech's offerings and solutions
· Apply both tactical and strategic go-to-market models aimed at growing the customer base
· Be proactive in all aspects of opportunity development; helping the pre-sales team frame the right questions to the relevant stakeholders to advance each opportunity
· Build and expand relationships with the key Economic Buyer + Procurement in prospect accounts
· Assist in creating an environment of teamwork and continuous improvement
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidate for will be a proven Hunter / Sales leader within the Information Technology sector who possesses a consistent and demonstrable track record of driving aggressive growth (20%+) into the business units, regions, or companies that he/she has worked with. Candidate MUST have experience selling IT services around one or more of these - IT Managed services, Application Development and Maintenance, Digital Transformation, Analytics, Automation, SAP/QAD/Progress experience. This person will likely have a background of growing the top line or at least responsibility of $5 MN+ portfolio or an excellent record of opening new logos and signing MSAs. He/she will have industry domain expertise and senior-level connections in relevant market segments including Manufacturing (Automotive, Medtech) CPG/Retail, Insurance and Healthcare. Must bring an excellent knowledge of industry trends, metrics, challenges, and other business-related information
The hunter will possess the following qualities:
▪ Proactive in adopting and instituting Sales best practices
▪ Ability to get prospects involved in business cases and value propositions
▪ Comfortable speaking with C-suite about financial metrics, calculations, and assumptions in business case
▪ Experience interacting with pre-sales team & solutioning team that has product engineering and digital services offerings to customers
▪ Proven ability to manage sales quotas and work on multiple accounts
▪ Team player who works collaboratively with colleagues, management, and all points of the organization
▪ Knowledge and understanding of the industry pain points and related cost drivers
▪ Driven to invest time in self-education and acquire new skills and capabilities that can be deployed across the rest of the team
▪ Demonstrated ability to link corporate strategic goals to customer facing solutions
▪ Strong collaboration skills and ability to work alongside multiple executive team members
▪ The ability to travel as needed + attend events
▪ Capable of effectively interacting and delivering solutions to an executive audience
