Field Project Manager

About the Job

The Field Project Manager is a self-starter, entrepreneurial-minded individual who can independently manage field activities and ensure that rental turns and renovations are done in a timely, cost effective and efficient manner. The individual must have a strong working knowledge of Yardi. The position requires a passion for quality, delivery of consistently excellent results and demonstrated excellence in communication with residents and the Sparrow team.

About Your Responsibilities

· Implement best practices, processes, and standards for turns and renovations

· Oversee multiple projects at one time and ensure projects are completed on time and to quality standards

· Project manage vendors, including bids, estimates, scope of work requirements and results

· Set project goals/deadlines and expectations and follow up to ensure they are met

· Coordinate work to ensure inspections are done to meet acquisition deadlines

· Coordinate work to initiate timely renovation starts

· Coordinate work with contractors for timely completion of projects that meets all Sparrow quality standards

· Inspect work in progress and adjust as needed

· Coordinate with leasing team to ensure seamless move outs/move ins

· Respond to resident issues in timely manner

About the Requirements

· Must have working knowledge and experience with various software programs such as RenoWalk or other estimation software

· Yardi software experience

· Education: Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; some college is preferred

· Computer skills: Proficiency with MS Office

· Required work experience: Minimum 3 years single family home or multi-family rental construction experience

This positiont will require travel across the Atlanta area and is remote as well. We require social distancing and use of hand sanitizers and other safe Covid practices.

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• single or multi family rental construction: 3 years (Required)
• RenoWalk or other estimation software: 1 year (Preferred)
• Yardi software, MS proficiency: 2 years (Preferred)

Language:

• English (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)

• 75% (Required)
