Our Client is looking for a motivated, team oriented individual with strong analytical skills and the ability to work in a fast paced dynamic environment.
The Financial Analyst must be a self-starter with the ability to take responsibility for multiple projects simultaneously and see them to completion.

SUMMARY:
Job Description:
The Analyst will report to the Vice President who is a CFA and will work in collaboration with the Acquisitions, Asset Management and Finance departments to evaluate potential property investments and to implement value-added strategies.
Functions include but are not limited to:
- Cash flow modeling: build and modify cash flow projection models with respect to an acquisition.
- Preparing investment memoranda: assist in the preparation and presentation of investment memoranda to the firm's Investment Committee and Portfolio Management personnel.
- Conducting due diligence: undertake detailed analyses of the property rent roll, operating and financial statements, market and competitive position, engineering and environmental condition, taxes, insurance and other pertinent property-level information.
- Coordinating internal and external resources: leverage the necessary resources for completing acquisition and asset management projects, including interfacing with personnel from property management, accounting and third party vendors.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of group/firm operational initiatives.
In addition, functions may include investor reporting and corporate-level financial modeling. Analyst may be asked to travel occasionally, generally within the U.S.
Job Requirements:
Candidate should be detail-oriented, able to meet deadlines, able to prioritize assignments and handle multiple projects simultaneously. Candidate must be proficient in Excel Spreadsheet Valuations, Microsoft Excel, Word and other MS Office software. Candidate must possess a B.A. or B.S. degree with a strong academic track record.
Salary commensurate with experience and does include a bonus based on both individual and company performance.
