Global Services is comprised of collaborative, inclusive, cross-functional teams that work together to support our corporate functions. We push the boundaries of what's possible and deliver solutions that accelerate innovation at a global scale. Our teams include Information Technology, Legal, Information Security & Governance, Marketing, Operations, Finance & Accounting, People, and our Executive Office.

Job Title: Global Services Talent Acquisition Coordinator

The Global Services team is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator who is looking to build and grow their career in a company with a recruiting-focused, people-based culture. The Coordinator will be instrumental in helping hire and onboard people on the Global Services team.

What You'll Do:
  • Be the point person for all candidates
  • Manage recruiting inbox
  • Post all job offerings internally and externally
  • Maintain recruitment applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure data accuracy
  • Schedule, schedule, schedule!
  • Coordinate and facilitate virtual interviews for a variety of roles
  • Coordinate and onboard new hires
  • Coordinate Interview Training
  • Maintain and update Teams channel
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements in candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
What we need from you:
  • Experience with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Mad scheduling and coordination skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate with a wide variety of candidate audiences and all levels of an organization
  • Ability to self-direct by prioritizing multiple functions and tasks while effectively managing time
  • Customer service and candidate experience obsessed
