We push the boundaries of what's possible and deliver solutions that accelerate innovation at a global scale. Our teams include Information Technology, Legal, Information Security & Governance, Marketing, Operations, Finance & Accounting, People, and our Executive Office.
Job Title: Global Services Talent Acquisition Coordinator
The Global Services team is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator who is looking to build and grow their career in a company with a recruiting-focused, people-based culture. The Coordinator will be instrumental in helping hire and onboard people on the Global Services team.

- Be the point person for all candidates
- Manage recruiting inbox
- Post all job offerings internally and externally
- Maintain recruitment applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure data accuracy
- Schedule, schedule, schedule!
- Coordinate and facilitate virtual interviews for a variety of roles
- Coordinate and onboard new hires
- Coordinate Interview Training
- Maintain and update Teams channel
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
- Experience with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Mad scheduling and coordination skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with a wide variety of candidate audiences and all levels of an organization
- Ability to self-direct by prioritizing multiple functions and tasks while effectively managing time
- Customer service and candidate experience obsessed
