My client in Atlanta, GA is seeking for a Helpdesk Support Analyst to work on a 6-month Contract-to-Hire opportunity. They are looking for candidates with the required skills below:

  1. Strong customer service experience- they will be working over the phone with internal employees
  2. Must be able to help with VPN issues, remote access set up
  3. Helpdesk experience- understanding tickets, processing tickets, and following a script to get people through the queue
