Seeking Human Resources Coordinator. The ideal candidate will bring 1-2+ years of human resources experience and a passion for growing their career in HR knowledge and breadth of capabilities
REPORTING RELATIONSHIP - This position reports to the Vice President, Human Resources
LOCATION: This position will report to SPR Headquarters located at 4300 Wildwood Parkway, Atlanta, GA (Smyrna, Vinings area).

FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES - We seek a dependable person who is serious about their contribution and commitment to the team. In this role, The HR Coordinator is responsible for the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of specific human resources functional areas, projects, and initiatives.
Other important functions of this role include:
- Support various Human Resource plans, projects, and procedures
- Act as an additional resource in recruitment and the applicant tracking system
- Perform as additional support to the Company's Leave Department to include short and long-term leave and Worker's Compensation, as examples
- Problem solver on human resources issues to both managers and employees
- Support Human Resources leadership on national initiatives and training programs to develop skills to meet business objectives and reinforce company culture
- Assist with other Human Resource projects, as needed
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS - The ideal candidate will bring 1+ years of human resources experience and a passion for growing their career in HR knowledge and breadth of capabilities. We seek a professional with the ability to leverage their strong technology/ MS Office skills to advance key initiatives throughout the department. Additionally, we seek a candidate with:
- Strong people skills; professionalism presence, and reliability
- A continuous learner and problem solver
- Effective presentation skills - present information and respond to questions
- Paycom experience, a plus
PERSONAL QUALIFICATIONS - We seek an organized leader with good judgment, maturity, and a strong work ethic. The candidates' personal characteristics should also include:
- Focused, disciplined, personable; a highly effective verbal/written communicator
- A self-starter personality, driven and purposeful, good judgment with the ability to build relationships
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
- Organized and systematic
EDUCATION - Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business Administration or Human Resources Management, and/or relevant human resources experience such as internships.
