Job description

Position Summary

The Jr. Asset Manager will report to the Asset Manager. They will support the development of asset management plans and long-term strategies for Integral's growing portfolio of urban master plan communities. They compile and analyze data to develop and recommend policies and administrative regulations regarding the company's property and liability insurance program. Manages database to track and monitor corporate compliance and risk exposures related to contingent liabilities. Plan and coordinate functions and activities for asset inspections and safety meetings.

Essential Functions

* Prepare monthly Asset Management reports - updating and re-forecasting property performance. Reporting constituents will include both internal and external parties.
* Monitor, measure and analyze asset performance and assess assets against proforma expectations and analyze variances.
* Prepare project and fund level investment reporting as it relates to specific development asset, including proforma and waterfall distributions.
* Review all incidents/accidents submitted and determine what should be reported to the carrier for all policies under the master insurance program.
* Coordinate and conduct the Integral Property Management Division Safety Program and monthly meetings.
* Provide recommendation and insight on actions and activities to mitigate risk exposures at both the property and corporate levels.

Experience

Minimum five (5) years of work experience in real estate or property management. Experience or exposure to insurance or risk management preferred.

Education/Certifications

* Bachelor's Degree required
