The role
NTT DATA is seeking a dynamic people and organization consultant to delight our clients and support a successful Workforce Readiness Consulting Practice. As a Consultant in this practice, your typical day will include both client and internal practice contributions:
Client contributions:
- Execute comprehensive and customized Workforce Readiness and OCM strategies to maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance.
- Drive faster adoption, increased utilization, and greater proficiency of affected employees to increase benefit realization, value creation, ROI, and achieve the desired business results and outcomes for clients.
- Manage change readiness, adoption baseline, measurement, and monitoring to assess effectiveness of workforce readiness activities.
- Apply best practice OCM methodologies to deliver a customized client change management approach.
Internal practice contributions:
- Build internal network for career growth.
- Assist with development of thought leadership, collateral, tools and templates.
Qualifications
- You have a bachelor's degree in business, HR, organizational development, I/O psychology, communications, or equivalent combination of related education, training, and experience.
- You have at least 2 years recent Big 4 and/or boutique consulting firm experience.
- You have at least 1 year of experience contributing to successful OCM initiatives using a methodology-driven approach.
- Minimum 1 year of experience working in a role that focused on one or more of the following: organizational change management; organization development / design; organizational effectiveness; culture and workforce transformation; learning and training design, development, and delivery; SAP and/or Salesforce implementations.
Preferred Skills
- You have Prosci, ACMP or an equivalent OCM certification
- You have impressive communication skills. You have the ability to skillfully craft executive summaries and detailed information and reports for leadership.
- You are a team player who leads by example and is a consistent, dependable performer with an excellent work ethic, flexible "can-do" attitude, and a results-driven commitment to success.
- You have strong project management experience, including schedule, scope, issue and risk management.
- You have moderate to high travel tolerance as COVID 19 restrictions are lifted.
