Job description Manufacturing Engineer

Job Title

Manufacturing Engineer - (Mechanical)

Primary Skills

· Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from recognized University

· Proficiency with software's (MS Office, SAP MS Access)

· Experience CAD modules such as Part modelling, Assembly modelling, surface modelling, Drafting & large assembly management would be desirable.

· Experience in PDM tools like Wind-chill, Team Center etc.

· Awareness of GD&T fundamentals & ASME standards

· Familiarity with mechanical components design (off - highway vehicles)

· Good knowledge of conventional and non-conventional manufacturing (Casting, Forging, Machining) and fabrication Processes.

· Exposure to Heavy Industry or Off highway \construction domain preferred

· Manufacturing experience in Engine and transmission would be an added advantage.

Job Description

  • Should work and assist Production support functions at client Site
  • Able to understand Production line requirements
  • Creation of Work instructions and Standard operating procedures for Production and Assembly lines
  • Conduct testing and quality check functions for assemblies and subsystems
  • Interact with Line manager to set and implement Production plans
  • Should be able to work in Workstation layout design and Capacity study for optimal utilization
  • Able to establish good relationship with client & maintain healthy atmosphere to grow the business.
