Job description

Immediate opening for a full time Office Manager at our Midtown, Duluth and Carroll office.

Ideal candidate must have real estate office administration background. Be proficient in real estate listing, contract and closing processing. In addition, FMLS/GAMLS listing services knowledge, and general office management skills. DOTLoop and Bridge Experience a PLUS!


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Outstanding interpersonal, leadership and analytical skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to professionally and effectively interact with both internal and external customers.
