About this roleElle Du Monde is seeking a full-time Project Manager to join our in-house team located in Atlanta, GA. This candidate will work closely with the Lead Designer to execute all aspects of projects and maintain project timelines. Project Managers are also responsible for overseeing and leading Junior Designers on various residential projects.Our residential projects are a mixture of new construction, renovations, and soft goods. Each project varies in complexity, timeline, and scope. Executing beautiful, successful homes for our clients is our top priority. Ideal candidates for this role are passionate about residential architecture and design, and are exceptionally organized and detail oriented.Primary responsibilitiesLeading selections of materials, furnishing, lighting, etc.Leading client communication.Generating work orders.Overseeing the construction process and visiting job sites.Communicating effectively and proactively with builders, contractors, and subcontractors.Creating drafting and construction documentation in Revit and AutoCad for as-builts, proposed plans, electrical plans, interior elevations, etc..Coordinating and performing client home installations.Leading procurement and order management for projects.Managing project schedules including finishes, plumbing, lighting, orders, etc..Opening and processing orders.Qualifications includeBFA in Interior Design from an accredited institution.3-6 Years of ExperienceProficiency in CAD & RevitAbility to read and comprehend construction documentsProficiency in QuickbooksProficiency in Google DriveProficiency in Photoshop is a plus, but not required.Requirements includeAvailability to work in office full timeAbility to visit construction sites and client homes.Valid driver's license and transportation, must be comfortable driving in Atlanta.Ideal candidate possesses the following characteristicsOrganizedDetail orientedPersonableStrong management skillsStrong communication skillsExcellent time managementTeam playerAbility to prioritize and multitaskAbout Elle Du MondeElle Du Monde is a full service residential design firm.
