Description Do you have experience in handling various projects at once while remaining a positive attitude? A position is available for a well-spoken and experienced Receptionist at a developing company Robert Half has partnered with. This role allows the applicant to learn new skills while furthering their career at a company that scored high among past employees. A contract / temporary Receptionist position, offered on a short-term basis, is currently available at a company based in the Atlanta, Georgia area.

Your responsibilities

- Aid other administrative staff with support overflow work, including word processing, data entry and Internet research tasks

- Have strong prioritization skills and a sense of urgency

- Organize, review, and allocate incoming mail according to specified procedures

- Create a welcoming environment for visitors

- Manage various office files and provide general office filing support

- Submit orders for office and kitchen supplies

- Route all incoming phone calls to the appropriate individuals

- Oversee various office files and provide general office filing support Requirements - Highly organized and self-motivated

- Strong attention to detail

- Excellent verbal, written, and social communication skills

- Incoming phone call management skills desired

- Customer service and office administrative skills

- Solid understanding of navigating basic office equipment and protocols

- Optimistic, perceptive, resourceful, solution-oriented, and tech-savvy
