Overview: The CRS Group is currently looking for recruiters (6 openings) with one of our clients. The CRS Group is a nationwide Staffing Firm that works primarily with Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 corporations.

6 positions available:

*1 Tech Recruiter

*4 C&IS Recruiter

*1 Asset Management Recruiter - contract - could be an Associate Recruiter (lower in experience level) but need some knowledge of asset management

*1 Recruiting Coordinator

Recruiter - Level 3

Project Overview: The client is looking for a Senior Recruitment Sourcing Consultant to join our Talent Acquisition team to develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify critical and passive diverse talent to meet hiring needs for various business units.


Contractor's Role: Key focus also includes providing a diverse slate for niche roles, producing and sharing market intelligence including competitive landscape and talent availability & trend analysis. This will be to join our Sourcing Team. This individual will need to have a deep knowledge of sourcing external talent, by identifying, attracting, and engaging a passive candidate market.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in the staffing industry or Corporate TA

• Experience with proactively utilizing sourcing techniques (e.g. direct sourcing, LinkedIn Recruiter, Talent Insights, Talent Neuron, networking, talent mapping, etc.) to identify passive candidates

• Strong knowledge of technology (Boolean search logic, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)

• Superb verbal and written communication skills

• Strong organizational skills. Able to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

  • Determine online recruiting and sourcing strategies for attracting and recruiting candidates
  • Supporting hiring managers and candidates
  • Perform candidate searches for qualified candidates
  • Managing full cycle recruitment process which includes sourcing candidates
  • Present top qualified candidates to hiring managers
  • Develop recruiting strategies designed to identify qualified candidates through various recruiting tools
