Job description

This is a commission only position with the goal of connected education leaders to introduce FEV Tutor to schools and districts who may benefit from our 1 to 1 virtual tutoring solutions. There is an aggressive commission/bonus only structure associated with this network so ideal candidates are former Principals, Directors, Superintendents, Assistant Superintendents, Independent Consultants and or Consulting companies with a network of connections to key decision makers within K-12 schools, charter schools and districts.
FEV Tutor, a provider of live 1-to-1 virtual tutoring services, is looking to recruit a team of Regional Education Consultants comprised of current and former K-12 Education Leaders to help create awareness of FEV's innovative solutions.
FEV Tutor has a strong partner base nationally and is looking for well-connected Educators that can to quickly spread the word of FEV Tutor's successful virtual tutoring models, data, and research to additional schools, districts, charter, and cyber school partners throughout the country. Ideal candidates, are current and former educators (Principals, Superintendents, Assistant Superintendents, Directors, Assistant Superintendents, etc); individuals who have worked in the Education market (Edtech, education publishing, products/services to the K-12 public school market); and other community members that may be able to help create awareness, set up meetings and help FEV foster partnerships with new K-12 partners nationally.
Compensation is based on an aggressive bonus structure for introducing and closing new school/district partners and includes a training retainer for the first three months for the investment of one's time. Consultants will work directly with the Vice President and the Sales & Marketing team for training and to help catalyze their efforts to successfully close new schools.
In this role the ideal candidate can invest as much or as little time as they want or have, and time invested generally commensurate with earning potential.
Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Quickly learn and articulate FEV's offerings and their effectiveness across our national partners
  • Collaborate with the Director of Sales Support And FEV Education Team to become an expert on FEV's solutions
  • Network among industry colleagues and connections to create awareness of FEV's offerings
  • Schedule demos/meetings with schools, districts, charter schools, and virtual schools to inform them of FEV's offerings
  • Attend meetings (virtual/in person) to help build credibility and sell solutions with FEV Sales Team/VP
  • Help broker and facilitate new partnerships, by issuing new contracts and helping close new partnerships
  • Foster relationships with each new partners to help organically grow the partnership and expand adoption
