TRC Staffing is looking for a sales professional to fill the position of Selling Branch Manager for our metro Atlanta branches & surrounding territories.

The ideal candidate will have a successful track record in sales with a sales hunter mentality that can grow the branch for our Branch office and the surrounding area to generate TRC sales by getting out in the field to generate and manage new and existing long term clients to generate new business.

Responsibilities and Duties

Responsibilities of the Branch Sales Manager.

  • Make regular sales/account management calls.
  • Be frequent and consistent to ensure that TRC has a robust sales engine.
  • Calls should be measurable and have a consistent number focusing on cold calls, discovery appointments and follow up activity.
  • Keep abreast of the market climate and competitive activities, including pricing, recruiting practices strategies, competitor organization talent and staffing changes, etc.
  • Maintain active membership in approved civic or trade groups for the purpose of representing the company, meeting prospective clients, and/or improving the business stature of TRC.
  • Execute a marketing plan in your branch and utilize corporate Marketing programs and services.
  • Maintain an active Branch and personal Sales Funnel for the purposes of prospecting.
  • Use all tools available to maximize market opportunity (Bond, Businesswise, Constant Contact, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Personally ensure that TRC's most strategically important clients are very satisfied with TRC.
  • Ensure we operate with our clients at high levels of performance.
  • Grow and maintain deep and wide relationships with our clients.
  • Ensure there are quality measures in place for each specific client to strengthen our relationships.
  • Oversee the operations function to ensure a sufficient supply of staffing employees are available to meet client needs and quality control programs are being followed and documented.
  • Ensure TRC policies and procedures are followed.
  • Ensure that branches are proactively managing recruiting and fulfillment capabilities.

Qualifications and Skills Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree business preferred in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Sales hunter mentality
  • Staffing industry, B2B and service-related selling experience
  • Sales or sales management/supervisory experience within the staffing industry highly preferred
  • Ability to plan work activities, use time efficiently, and develop realistic action plans
  • Strong analytical skills, able to assess situations, develop and implement resolutions
  • Solid business acumen, ability to formulate and present a business plan / proposal
  • Ability to build networking relationships and professional associations
  • Excellent leadership, management, written and verbal communication skills
  • Working knowledge of labor and employment laws
  • Excellent problem solving, organizational, interpersonal and motivational skills.
  • Ability to persuade and motivate and speak clearly and persuasively in positive or challenging situations
