Shift- Monday- Friday 8AM -5PM

The Senior Time and Attendance Analyst will be responsible for the support and enhancement of the components to Workforce Central (WFC) including Time and Attendance, Employee scheduling, absence Management, Labor Activities and Record Manager. This position provides daily operational support, user training and updating documentation for HR, Payroll and Staffing Operations. This position utilizes knowledge and experience with a variety of payroll concepts and practices and procedures to identify needs and create solutions to resolve them. This position ensures that the Kronos and Workbrain systems are secure, reliable and working as expected.

Lead Kronos projects (testing, training, user acceptance) within the business following a project methodology to define project scope and objectives, develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans and status reports, conducts project meetings and provide project tracking and analysis; go lives and support
Lead other peers by training and providing guidance from experiences with Kronos to include other modules within Kronos i.e. Attendance
Facilitate and lead analysis and design sessions with business users to document procedures and to gather functional requirements Translates user needs into alternative technical solutions; performs project reviews and process walkthroughs incorporating technical and business solutions that will enhance user productivity and department service levels.
Designs, develops and executes comprehensive Kronos test plans to identify and facilitate issue resolution, to analyze complex business problems and assess how Kronos can be configured to solve them.
Validates results by testing programs
Ensures operation by training clients and providing support
Provides reference by writing documentation
Ensures compliance with policies and procedures, contracts and state and federal laws.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferred
5+ years' experience supporting timekeeping and payroll processes and systems
Experience in issue resolution, problem solving, and facilitating business process redesign
Project management experience
Knowledge of Payroll / Time and Attendance policies, processes and procedures
Knowledge of payroll laws, rules and regulations pertaining to payroll
Knowledge of standard payroll processes and practices
Advanced functional and technical knowledge of HRIS and payroll and timekeeping systems
Knowledgeable of applicable federal, state and local payroll laws and regulations
Project management experience
Knowledge of application testing methodology
Must be self-motivated and able to work in a team-oriented environment with an emphasis on total customer satisfaction
Customer service oriented
Continuous improvement mind-set
Ability to influence others
