The Sr Digital Media and Analytics will champion the evolution of data and analytics capabilities and strategies with a disciplined test & learn approach to drive insights and actionable business outcomes. This role will lead the development of media mix models and attribution to ensure that we are optimizing our media investments. The person will partner with other team members to develop analytical capabilities that will drive audience-based targeting and create look-alike audiences of the firm's prioritized customer segments.The candidate must have deep expertise in marketing and digital analytics with a strong focus on delivering use-cases and solutions at speed and scale to solve business problems and deliver value to our clients. The person must have a strong business acumen with the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders across the Bank to drive business results.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for targeting and segmentation, modeling, measurement and reporting to provide actionable insights that will enable the firm to optimize media investments to drive growth and deliver the best customer experiences in our digital channels
- Partner with Marketing and Media Agency to lead the development of audience based targeting and create look-alike audiences of the firm's prioritized customer segments
- Lead the development of attribution models (marketing-mix models (MMM), multi-touch attribution (MTA) and last touch attribution (LTA) to ensure that we are optimizing our media investments
- Analyze data to understand digital client journeys and customer profiles to make recommendations that will drive higher usage and relevance of our digital channels to customers
- Establishing every interaction as an opportunity to capture information that enables customer value creation and business advancement
- Expand and enhance Media & Digital Analytics with a disciplined Test & Learn approach and provide personalized experiences based on audience
- Partner with stakeholders to identify and expand opportunities and use-cases that data and analytics in making business decisions
- Analyze large, complex data sets to reveal underlying patterns, correlations and trends quantitatively
- Set up and conduct at scale experiments to test hypotheses and drive business growth
- Bachelors Degree along with 10+ years of professional experience
- Hands on experience on marketing and digital analytics
- Experience in working on Media Advertising Technologies (AdTech) and Marketing Technologies (MarTech)
- Strategic thinker and influencer with demonstrated leadership acumen and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a collaborative, transparent style with cross-functional stakeholders across the organization to lead and deliver results
- Strong skills in oral and written communication including experience in effectively communicating with executives, employees, colleagues, and clients
- Ability to lead a high-functioning team and develop and train people
- Experience working on different programming languages (SQL, Python and R) and across different data structures and computing platforms
- Familiarity with visualization techniques and software
