The Sr. Recruiter performs a full scope of activities associated with the development and conduct of comprehensive recruiting and employment of new and internal employees. Delivers a pipeline of diverse, quality candidates to recruiters by cold-calling, direct sourcing, competitive research, and networking at professional events, and using other recruiting and sourcing techniques and relationship building within professional organizations. Direct sourcing/screening for critical professional and unique positions as determined by the business goals. Lead the targeted selection process to ensure a meticulous interview process and placement of qualified and motivated candidates. Other responsibilities include ensuring that recruiting practices align with company policies and procedures, researching and implementing standard methodologies in client groups and contribution to overall T-Mobile HR goals. May work on high-profile positions or hard-to-fill positions that require sophisticated recruiting techniques. Support clients by understanding business context and needs, providing mentorship, and implementing talent solutions to meet business goals.
At least 18 years of ageLegally authorized to work in the United StatesHigh School Diploma or GEDT-Mobile requires all employees in this position to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 prior to starting work. The CDC defines "fully vaccinated" as two weeks after the second dose for Pfizer and Moderna, and two weeks after the single dose of Johnson & Johnson. T-Mobile will require proof of vaccination and consider requests for exemption from this requirement during the offer phase as a reasonable accommodation for medical reasons or sincerely held religious beliefs where the accommodation would not cause T-Mobile undue hardship or pose a direct threat to the health and safety of others.
7-10+ years of corporate full-cycle recruitment experience Business, Human Resources or related field Validated skills in client relationship building, critical thinking, and verbal/written communications. Ability to present, train, influence, and mediate discussions Must have experience working with an Applicant Tracking System Proficient in Microsoft Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint World-Class service orientation; takes action quickly; high-level of integrity Ability to thrive under pressure and flexible in adapting and responding to changing situations Work independently, but a great teammate; Results-focused; solutions oriented; outstanding organizational skills and able to meet goals Expertise in sophisticated networking, candidate generation, and Internet sourcing methodologies Critical thinking and innovative sourcing channel experience. Experience connecting with Sr. Business Leaders. Leads the staffing process for complex hiring profiles, highly influential with clients. Understand and participates in client/business growth strategies and overall goal setting/people strategies Ability to analyze and plan for long terms talent implications within the market/industry
