Job description
Location: REMOTE
What this job involves:
* Management and performance of all strategic sourcing and procurement-related activities for specific client requirements across all Facilities Management (FM) Service lines as required.
* Implementation of SCMP Strategic/ Client accounts and pursuits, procurement planning, RFP management, bid analysis and recommendations, liaison with client governance or internal Account teams for Contract Approvals, Savings reporting, documentation, and compliance.
* To consolidate input on the scope of services to be procured through discussions with the Account Director, Facilities Managers, Chief Engineers, Regional Procurement Lead, and/ or Client contacts as appropriate.
* To track budget /savings from tenders /process re-design /operational and negotiation initiatives, and provide monthly/ Quarterly Business Reports with thorough analytics, including baseline and savings validations, and any details of risks and mitigating strategies.
* To ensure that all vendor details and files are complete and immediately updated with notified changes, ensuring document changes are in place before expiry.
* To manage framework relationships with JLL preferred, national and local suppliers, including scheduling Quarterly Business Review meetings to ensure effective performance, SLA's, and KPI's being met.
* Develop and acquire soft skills /SCMP systems training and get acquainted with SCMP/ Sourcing best practices, application of various tools, systems, including regulatory, commercial, and contract practices.
* Ensure compliance with JLL's sourcing and contracting policies, procedures, risk management programs, and ethics. Establish establishing relationship with Corporate Legal and Risk Management to ensure all contractual terms and conditions comply with the standard or other contract changes and are formally reviewed and approved by legal/risk management.
* Ensure suppliers meet the compliance and risk requirements for the on-boarding process including Insurances, respective documentation, and approvals been completed.
* Ensure supplier details and profiles are current and relevant in the Sourcing platform including all records kept as up to date in the Sourcing platform (Jaggaer).
* Establish work priorities, assign deliverables and resolve issues with Operations teams, to assure client satisfaction and customer satisfaction.
* Support and assist the development of diversity programs in accordance with clients and company requirements. Mentor/educate suppliers through meetings.

* Experience in a similar position or 3 to 5 years as a Senior Sourcing Specialist, and you are now ready to take the next step in your career.
* Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Business, Commerce or Supply Chain discipline
* Excellent Interpersonal skills, Organization skills, Strong Analytical Ability, including excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Deep understanding of IFM services, supplier environment, and sourcing procedures and protocols - for services contracts.
* Organizational awareness and strategic thinking, leadership, sourcing best practice, projects management, financial analysis, and people management/ supervision skills will be advantageous.
* Managing self and relationships with others, team working and co-operation, negotiating and influencing, personal effectiveness, analytical thinking, and creativity and innovation
* Excellent PC skills, proficient in Microsoft Office systems and tools.
