What you'll be doing?

When you join, we'll start you on the Inspire Pathway, our intensive training programme that will give you all of the training and mentoring you need to be successful. You'll cover networking within the IT space, sourcing candidates working on outdated systems and offering the opportunity to fast track their career completely free of charge,

• Source Candidates: via LinkedIn, Job Boards, Advertising, Referrals, and our Internal Database
• Recruitment process management: Arrange job interviews, salary negotiation and closing to ensure the successful placement of your Candidates
