WHAT DOES A TALENT ACQUISITION MANAGER WITH RINNAI DO?
The Talent Acquisition Manager is the owner of all Rinnai America's talent strategies (All Corporate, Technical, Customer Care, Sales, Manufacturing, Distribution). The TAQ Manager strives to find top talent in all facets of our organization and in the marketplace to deliver recruiting success. This role is critical in hiring the best possible talent through traditional sourcing strategies as well as developing new and creative recruiting ideas. The Talent Acquisition Manager achieves staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates, uses traditional and new sourcing methodology to find top talent, advises managers. This role also prepares and make job offers, coordinates some pre-employment activities, coordinates for onboarding with HR Employee Services, and complete data entry and metric tracking. This is a REMOTE opportunity located within the metro Atlanta area. Will require some on-site travel to HQ in Peachtree City and the manufacturing facility located in Griffin, GA.

Talent Acquisition
* Establish recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meet with managers
to discuss needs.
* Partner with HRBP and Hiring Manager on preparation of job descriptions for all positions.
* Coordinate and conduct Intake meetings for all job requisition requests.
* Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.
* Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using/updating our Applicant Tracking System
* Attract applicants by placing job advertisements, contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites.
* Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references.

* Arrange management interviews by coordinating schedules.
* Evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers;
interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.
* Accomplish HR and organization objectives by keeping department adequately staffed to deliver desired results.
Recruiting Strategies
* Lead employer branding initiatives
* Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
* Oversee job board sites, including monitoring online current/former employee reviews; partner with VP HR to respond as necessary to negative reviews.
* Improve organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; emphasizing benefits and perks.
* Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
Candidate Sourcing
* Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
* Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment/staffing agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport.
Data/Metrics & Job Knowledge
* Manage and report out recruiting dashboards and metrics used to be an effective Talent Acquisition Business Partner
* Partner with hiring managers and HRBP to forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department
* Update job/industry knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
* Avoid legal challenges by understanding current legislation; enforcing regulations with managers; recommending new procedures; conducting training.
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
* Proven 5 Years of work experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager/Specialist or similar role
* Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks (e.g. ADP, Indeed, LinkedIn, Glassdoor)
* Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
* Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
* BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field

* Ability to create and write professional documents and presentations
* Attention to detail and ability to liaison with people at all levels and build rapport in a professional manner
* Ability to communicate effectively in front of large groups
