Technical Recruiter

As a Tech Recruiter, you will handle the full cycle recruiting process in the NYC tech market. You will be a strategic advisor in your role, collaborating with clients, candidates, and managers. Someone driven to challenge themselves and want to succeed would be a perfect fit for this opportunity.

Requirements:

  • Experience recruiting Software Engineers, Product Managers, DevOps in NYC market, from IC to leadership roles
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Technical Recruiting within a high-volume setting
  • Need to have experience recruiting passive Tech talent
  • Need to be extremely organized, detail oriented -need to keep on top of things and be a DRIVER!
  • Strong influential and negotiation skills
  • A background check is required for this role

Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, 8:30am-5:30pm, or 9am-6pm

Pay: $55-$58/HR

Position Type: Ongoing contract with possibility of permanent hire

The Location: 100% Remote, must live on the East Coast
