Job Description:
• Work with TSOs throughout the sales cycle to manage pipeline and ensure services and pricing are set up timely and accurately
• Partner with TSO/relationship team/product partners in pre-meeting preparation including TM Reviews, proposals and digital pitchbooks to drive thoughtful consultative conversations with clients and prospects based on:
• Deep knowledge of their business, objectives, and current structures and set-up
• Understanding of our products and solutions, positioning, and competitive landscape
• Industry trends and best practices
• Analyze Tableau dashboards and provide data driven insights to present to clients:
• Make recommendations to reduce risk, improve working capital, and digitization of payments / receipts, etc
• Deliver non-CAM managed card optimizations to drive for volume / program growth
• Conduct demonstrations of Client Insights during treasury reviews
• Assist with client meeting follow-up and other meeting action items
• Participate in client meetings where TSA has an active speaking role and/or a meaningful learning opportunity
• Implementation: TSAs are responsible for scoping products and technical requirements with TSO, communicating TM related credit needs to RM/WC, and submitting specifications to initiate implementation. TSAs should join kick-off calls for complex products to ensure smooth transition with clients, and provide ongoing oversight only as needed
• Facilitate CPO digital optimization reviews to promote digital, self directed client experience
• Assist with price/cost benefit analysis models; work with TSO for non-standard pricing proposals; validate profitability margins
• Drive positive YoY improvement in client satisfaction with the TSO by being proactive, highly responsive, delivering on action items in a timely manner, acting as a client advocate internally
• Support training and development of new TMAPs and TSAs
Required Skills
• Bachelors degree
• Proven excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven organizational and time management skills
• Demonstrated ability to analyze issues and develop solutions
• Proven experience working in a fast-paced environment as part of a larger team
• Proven experience developing rapport with clients, colleagues and other business partners
• Excellent MS Office (Word/Excel/Powerpoint/Outlook) experience
Desired Skills
• Preferred candidates will have their CTP (Certified Treasury Professional)
• Preferred Candidates wil have proven experience prospecting and developing new business
• Banking or Treasury experience preferred
