Reliability Technicianwillprovideoversight ofthe GreenWood Maintenance Team andtechnical guidance for maintenance and reliability data by evaluating data history for accuracy and ensuring compliance with the best reliability practices. TheReliabilityTechnicianworks directly withthe maintenance managerto identify and manage asset reliability risks that could negatively impact manufacturing operations.Theymust be able to plan and execute work effectively, be well-organized, and prepared for responsibility and decision making. They must also work well with multiple clients, understanding the complexities of a client-contractor relationship, andhave the ability tosupport site safety programs with excellent results.They must be able to effectively troubleshoots failures and works in a team environment to determine root causes of failure and participates in plant shift meeting and continuous improvement activities.They will support in the development ofsolutions to repetitive failures and all other problems that adversely affect plant operations, which may include capacity, quality, cost, or regulatory compliance issues, by applying data analysis techniques (statistical process control, reliability modeling and prediction, fault tree analysis, Six Sigma (6) methodology, etc.), root cause analysis (RCA) and root cause failure analysis (RCFA), and failure reporting, analysis, and corrective action system (FRACAS). They will assists maintenance technicians with troubleshooting and repairing electric, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic instruments and systems used to control plant operations.
