Human Resources Manager - Residential Facility Dahlonega, GA

Job Summary:

The Human Resources Manager leads the organizations day-to-day administration of personnel activities related to policies and procedures, recruitment and staffing, employee relations, personnel and benefits administration, report preparation and general administration.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage staffing process including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding.
  • Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution.
  • Ensure the organizations compliance with local, state and federal regulations.
  • Managing HR related activities, including staffing compensation, managing records, time reporting and employee relation.
  • Manages all other HR personnel including scheduling and work performance.
  • Maintain confidentiality for HR related issues.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • High School Diploma
  • Experience in Human Resources required
  • Experience with time management programs used at facility such as Exponent HR.
  • Experience with Excel and payroll programs.
  • Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with JCAHO regulations and requirements.
  • Satisfactory drug screen and criminal background check
