Job description

The scope of responsibility encompasses all Compensation for International and other small business units as assigned. Demonstrate the ability to evaluate problems based on fact and data and provide potential solutions. With the support of the Director of International Compensation engage with the business leaders to gain acceptance of compensation plan proposals while meeting customer expectations and trust. Help lead projects through the analyzing and modeling. Provide support in all areas to move the needle in automation of processes and improve process efficiencies.

Primary Responsibilities:


  • Compliment, support and further the company's goals.
  • Assist in ensuring jobs are accurately paid to market.
  • Lead small scale and short term projects through analyzing and modeling commission plans and data as directed by the International Compensation Director.
  • Lead the annual wage review process for all International Sales, Marketing and Global Sourcing areas, which would include migrating to the workday platform.
  • Lead the creation and maintenance of the salary grids for all International Sales, Marketing and Global Sourcing areas.
  • Manage the International VPSA compensation plans, payments, and monitor when adjustments to these plans maybe needed. Be the primary point of contact for the business for any analysis questions.
  • Lead and maintain projects related to workday integration, this might include International salaries, guarantees, and allowances.
  • Gather, analyze, and present the salary information and prepare market adjustments for the International manufacturing facilities. This would include salary grids and bonus plan information.
  • Ensure accurate payments of International all commissions and incentives.
  • Ensure compliance of International compensation transactions owning the International Sales audits.
  • Assist in gathering sales and compensation data to analyze for: other business units as needed.
  • Maintain of Cola's for associate's in Canada and other International locations as needed
  • Manage the data collection for sales commissions for all of International other Business units as needed specific questions from TM's, RVP's or DVP's on commission payments issues.
  • Benchmark International and other Divisions jobs to ensure we stay in alignment with total compensation trends in all International countries and all businesses
  • Participate on cross functional teams with Sales and Compensation to develop reporting tools, dashboards and other business tools to monitor business outcomes.

Position Requirements:


  • 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred Degree in, Finance, Business management, Industrial Engineering or Management Information Systems
  • 5+ year's of project management or International Compensation, interpreting and analyzing data OR relevant work experience
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and having strong analytical skills.
  • Communicates, both verbally and in writing, with people at various levels of the company in a clear and concise manner
  • Proficient in Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Office word
  • Experience in International Compensation or Sales Compensation is a preferred
