Job description

The Talent Acquisition Supervisor is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day management of the Talent Acquisition (Recruitment) department. A successful candidate will assist in creating innovative ways to source talent for our growing organization, drive team performance and partnering with team and people managers on building employer brand.

Essential Duties

• Coaches the talent acquisition team, drives performance to achieve department goals and objectives and ensures high quality full cycle recruiting support across the organization.
• Provides full cycle recruitment support for all management, specialized, and technical roles across the organization.
• Cultivates relationships with colleges, associations, placement agencies, and job sites to build a talent pipeline.
• Assists with the development and implementation of talent acquisition policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and best practices.
• Monitors department KPIs (Time to Fill, Cost per Hire, etc.) to ensure department is performing at established expectation levels.
• Collaborates with HR Team and People managers on regular basis to review staffing needs, interview progression and pipeline development.
• Assists with the hiring, training, and performance management for the talent acquisition team.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
