Business Development Support Opportunity in Financial Services
Relationship Management Consultant - Triad Advisors
Preferred Location: Norcross, GA
Accepting qualified candidates in all locations and remote.
Role Type: Full-time
Summary:
The Relationship Management Consultant is responsible for assisting the VP of Relationship Management in building and strengthening relationships with the financial professionals and partners affiliated with Triad Advisors, a member of Advisor Group. The Relationship Management Consultant will also expand into understanding the wealth platform and products available on the platform, how to access them and use them in the advisors' practice.
Responsibilities:
Partner Support
- Maintains partner list within SalesForce
- Coordinates meetings/Home office visits with partner firms
- Assist with any partner reporting needs
- Maintain sales reports for partners
Relationship Management Support
- Maintains training calendar
- Maintains financial professional visit information
- Assists with Ambassador program for new financial professionals
- Assists with Relationship Management program for financial professionals as internal support
- Tracks metrics for the Relationship Management team
- Is responsible for Salesforce maintenance and reporting maintenance with top relationships
- Assist with preparing Advisor Business Analytics packets
- Advisor Gifts, Advisory Anniversaries, and other Accolades/Recognition
- Maintains advisor discounts section of webpage and PDF summary
- Manages Communication Round Up
- Call Campaigns and outreach to advisors
- Reporting for Sales, Partners, and other ad hoc reporting
- Assists in event planning - Triad specific and network specific events
- Fields incoming calls & emails from financial professionals -general assistance
- Understands all tools and resources available to financial professionals.
- And other duties as assigned
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred, high school diploma (or equivalent) in combination with significant experience will be considered in lieu of degree. Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Basic Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' related experience in financial services.
- Knowledge of investment services, products, practices, and general market trends.
- Well-developed analytical and project management skills, highly organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks and multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other Web-based applications.
- Strong knowledge of FINRA SEC, and state rules and regulations.
- Excellent verbal and written customer service, telephone, troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Possess excellent organizational skills with the flexibility to readily adapt to change.
Preferred Requirements:
- FINRA Series SIE preferred
- FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses preferred. Willingness to obtain additional licensing is a plus.
- Life and Annuity Insurance Licenses preferred.
