Requirements:

* Minimum two (2) years Salesforce experience
* Salesforce Admin Certification (or equivalent) strongly preferred
* Hands-on experience implementing, integrating, and building Salesforce functionality for large diverse organizations
* Strong understanding of CRM principles, analytics, and best practices
* A broad level of understanding regarding sales and marketing operations
* Proficient with MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Ability to clearly communicate ideas and findings to both technical and no-technical audiences
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment, including external vendors

Responsibilities:
You will own the maintenance, customization and configuration of Salesforce and support day-to-day marketing and sales operations and other parts of the companys digital ecosystem.

* Perform basic functions and routine tasks
* New user onboarding and user account maintenance
* Build customized objects, layouts, views, and workflows
* Create custom reports and dashboards
* Demonstrate prototypes and workflows within Salesforce
* Collaborate with development teams and vendors to enable new capabilities or bug fixes
* Monitor and report end-user compliance with established processes and data quality standards
* Provide support to maintain CRM hygiene and ensure accurate data capture
