ERP Functional Analyst, Roswell, GA

Arclin USA is seeking talent for anERP Functional Analyst II Job for our Roswell, GA location. Reporting into the VP of IT this position will support Arclin business operations by participating in all levels of Information Technology projects. Facilitates and participates in business process re-engineering activities as required and serves as functional liaison to the user community.

ERP Functional Analyst II Job Requirements:

• Perform System Analyst functions for development projects.


• Participate in a functional capacity in all phases of the Project Life Cycle, including post-production support and ongoing maintenance as required


• Develop an understanding of users' needs and applies it in researching potential solutions


• Develop clarification, rationalization, and documentation of project results


• Prepare a business case, project charter, project cost justification, RFI, RFP, package selection recommendation, and other project initiation documents in conjunction with business teams


• Create process flow and business process diagrams


• Analyze and document relevant business processes and requests


• Conduct interviews with users to define functional requirements; Perform gap analysis


• Participate in integration testing, including development of test plans, test cases and scenarios, and documentation results. Runs test plans in conjunction with user groups


• Conduct user acceptance testing on small to medium size projects


• Assist in the preparation of end user documentation and training materials


• Provide first line post implementation support to users regarding functional issues


• Perform data extracts as required


• Monitor the daily operational activities of systems and provides support to the end users


• Take ownership of functional issues by identifying underlying problems, analyzing potential solutions, and implementing systems resolutions, including workarounds


• Support day to day operations for functional areas


• Work in concert with other IT organizational groups to insure a solid support structure for the end user community


• Supports business communities across functions.

ERP Functional Analyst II Job Qualifications:

• Bachelors' Degree in IT, MIS, Computer Science, or related field


• 2 Years' IT experience


• 1+ years of experience with JD Edwards


• Will Also consider non-IT experience if it includes:
  
  • 3+ years JD Edwards experience as a user (preferably a "super-user")
  
  
  • Business Intelligence/Analytics/Advanced Excel/Reporting (Tableau, Power BI, Hyperion, etc.)
  
  
  • BS or greater in Accounting, Finance, Business, Engineering, Supply Chain


• SQL (Query) experience,DSI dcLink/MEP experience,BI experience,EDI experience are all preferred


• Good organizational skills, analytical, dependable, detail oriented, interpersonal skills, and understanding of the English language (both written and oral)


• Experience with MS Office; MS Excel and/or MS Access


• Travel approximately 0-20%
