Job description

PDS is seeking a Associate Analyst Recruiting for an open position in Savannah, GA.

This position will assist the high volume recruitment process by developing, implementing and maintaining a creative recruiting strategy for the business units to bring in applicants through existing and new sources in order to provide an effective pool of candidates.

Essential Functions:

• Partner with customers (i.e. recruiters, hiring managers, and 3rd party) to define skill set requirements, competencies and develop strategic plans to qualify and deliver a qualified candidate slate.
• While working with customers (i.e. recruiters, hiring managers, and 3rd party),
• Perform resume screening based on position minimum requirements and preferred.
• Qualifications as identified by the job description and hiring manager.
• This role will focus on the recruitment of candidates within assigned discipline(s).
• Required to participate in the recruiting strategy agreement discussion.
• Responsible for routing requisitions appropriately for assigned positions.
• Develop and deliver appropriate and consistent communications with applicants, and customers to ensure a positive recruiting experience.
• Provide strategic direction and council to customers and make recommendations as appropriate.
• Prepare and submit metrics as relevant to recruiting and hiring activities.
• Understanding and adhering to OFCCP guidelines while performing recruiting duties will be essential.
• Field questions by internal and external customer that need guidance concerning the application and staffing process.

Additional Functions

• Participates with on-boarding of new hires.
• Assists with external recruiting events.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Associate's Degree related field required or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Entry Level.
• OFCCP screening/recruiting related training is preferred.
• Screening experience preferred.
• Previous experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is preferred.
• Knowledge and experience in a wide range of current recruiting policies, practices, trends preferred.
• The ability to grasp new technologies and processes is required.

Other Requirements:

• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
• Knowledge of immigration process and corporate compliance issues.
• Strong knowledge of employment law required.
• Excellent interpersonal and written skills.
• Proficient in internet/computer skills.
• Knowledge of an applicant tracking system a plus.
• Travel required.
