Job description

SRI Management, a respected leader in the senior housing industry, is seeking an exceptional Human Resources Coordinator that will be responsible for supporting, coordinating and executing the human resources functions for multiple senior housing communities. Additionally, the incumbent will serve as a liaison between Human Resources and employees for effective communication and conflict resolution.

Requirements

  • Handles a wide range of HR responsibilities including employee recordkeeping, pre-employment screenings, hiring, onboarding, assist in the performance review process, and other HR administrative functions.
  • Supports the Corporate HR Team and managers in collecting and coordinating information.
  • Adheres to all HR processes and practices of the company.
  • Self-starter; highly motivated; ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrates and promotes a culture that embraces compassion, character, and commitment to every individual in the workplace.
  • Up to 10% travel.

Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred.
  • A minimal of 2 years of HR experience. Significant and direct experience in Human Resources Administration may be considered in lieu of a bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration Experience Preferred.
  • Highschool Diploma Required.
