Project Manager

Hello everyone! One of our clients, a local technology services company is seeking a Midlevel Project Manager who has 2-4 years of IT Project Management expereince.

Description:

• Meet with clients to understand their goals and mission, and clarify specific requirements of each project

• Responsible for managing, planning, scheduling, communicating, facilitating, monitoring, controlling, and reporting project-related tasks to ensure timely implementation of releases through deployment per required standards and procedures.

• Manages the integration of products into the overall program schema; Oversees the development of technology and/or application of products, and delegate project tasks to team members make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis

• Develop comprehensive project plans and road maps to be shared with clients as well as other staff members

• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals

• Aid in project problem solving; ability to quickly grasp the problem and identify solutions, show flexibility and creativity when providing solutions to customers; provide the customer with data points to support strategies (example: predictive modeling).

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Soft skills- they have to have good oral and communication skills, business analysis knowledge is a big plus, good client facing skills, flexible, be able to roll with the punches. In the consulting world, things change, scope of projects can be adjusted.
