We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team!
Our Human Resources Manager is a hands-on role that provides full-spectrum HR support to their clients in our state-of-the art Boise, Idaho site including the complete life-cycle of the employee experience, talent acquisition and management, training, compensation, etc. The Human Resources team works with leadership to deliver high-level human resources services to create a world-class organization and to help meet the strategic business goals of the company. Reporting to the Global Director of Human Resources for the US and Europe, we seek an individual who can bring a passion for human resource excellence, collaborates effectively, is intellectually curious, enthusiastic and has a drive for results.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Function as the HR business partner providing the full spectrum of human resources services for assigned business groups/locations.
* Lead and guide the Accelerated Technology Management Program, an early career rotational program to identify and cultivate engineering talent.
* Partner with managers to provide coaching, evaluation and performance management support for their respective teams.
* Support compensation planning processes including annual salary review and bonus planning.
* Provide employee relations support and build engagement strategies.
* Identify and deliver training requirements to managers and employee groups.
* Deliver new hire onboarding and transition in assigned location.
We're looking for the following abilities and skills:
* Bachelor's in Human Resource Management or related field.
* 4-7 years of experience in Human Resources, ideally in a generalist capacity.
* Ability to influence key stakeholders to solve problems and implement programs.
* Demonstrates a customer-focused approach to the needs of employees and leaders.
* Ability to absorb new information quickly, analyze and interpret the data, and develop fact-based conclusions, recommendations or action plans from the analysis.
* Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships and collaborate to achieve results.
* Excellent communication, organizational and presentation skills.
* Ability to prioritize workload, handling multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
* Ideally will have experience in technology, semi-conductor, manufacturing or related fields but not required.
* Knowledge and application of federal and state regulations needed, including FLSA, FMLA, ADA, and HIPAA.
* Proficiencies in Microsoft Office and diverse Human Resources Information Systems.
