GENERAL SUMMARY

The Account Supervisor - Operations / Financials(AS) leads and oversees the Lexus Dealer Association (LDA)financials. Their primary responsibility will be oversight of LDA financials. They will work closely with clients, internal partners, and client accounting firm to determine monthly media spend across client Areas/LDAs, which directly affects agency commission on one of the agencys largest pieces of business.

They will be a key member of the larger LDA Operations teams that oversees all operational marketing and media tasks for the Lexus Dealer Association (ex. video tagging, digital traffic, LDA Campaign Assets, incentives, etc.). When not working on LDA Financials, the Account Supervisor will support overall operational processes within the LDA Operations team.

DAY TO DAY:

* Oversight of field financial media and account leads in relation to updating budget worksheets, reports and past/current-year files. Primary monthly deliverables include a National BSR (Budget Summary Report) rollup detailing all LDA media spend across the full LDA, four (4) individual Area reports (West, Central, East, South), and National and Regional billing and commission reports.
* Ongoing tasks include items such as billing reconciliation, BSR enhancements, and annual budget planning and forecasting.

CLIENT/PARTNER MANAGEMENT:

* Close collaboration with Agency and Client Accounting Firm to oversee BSR reconciliation and the distribution of consolidated media reports.
* Work closely with Group Account Director to ensure clients are providing necessary budget documents to complete and distribute the monthly BSRs, such as the projected wholesale rundown and MSRP reports.
* Monthly status calls with internal and external partners to ensure all parties are clear on the LDAs budget position and plan and the months timeline.
* Support Group Account Director in managing up key financial and commission details to agency LDA Leadership, agency Finance Leadership and CEO.

EXPERIENCE: Minimum 5-7 years experience in advertising or marketing. Background in financials and/or media is preferred but not necessary.

EDUCATION: A bachelors degree is preferred.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

* This person must be highly organized, detail-oriented and have high comfort and interest in working with numbers
* Excellent proficiency in Excel and familiarity with the media landscape for a large client
