We are looking for a dynamic individual to perform administrative duties to support the Corporate, Securities & Governance function, under the supervision of McDonalds attorneys and paralegals.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

* Typing, proofreading, copying and distribution of correspondence and legal documents.
* Scheduling meetings and conference calls.
* Coordinating and executing established processes in support of the Companys various securities law obligations (insider list, due diligence inquiries, quarterly SOX sub-certifications).
* Developing and maintaining digital filing systems.
* Answering telephone calls, taking messages and responding to inquiries.
* Sending and replying to verbal requests, correspondence and e-mails.
* Handling invoices and accruals.
* Reconciling and submitting expense reports.
* Receiving and providing assistance to visitors.
* Maintaining supplies.

Required Skills

* Exercise good judgment in handling sensitive information in a confidential manner.
* Ability to work and communicate effectively with individuals at all levels.
* Leader in the use of technology, including software programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Sharepoint and DocuSign.
* Ability to excel in a digital workplace.
