The Manager, Talent Acquisition Coordinator Team will lead a team in support of Talent Acquisition administrative activities, supporting and enhancing the candidate experience. This team will support Divisional and Corporate recruiting in the delivery of best in class interview and hiring processes, including interview scheduling, candidate reimbursements, and providing candidate support through onboarding processes. The Manager, TA Coordinator Team will develop and execute strategies to bring consistent and efficient fulfillment activities in support of the broader Talent Acquisition team. This role will develop and ensure all KPI's are met and establish customer service standards.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Lead a team of Coordinators to deliver administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team; ensure all service levels are met; responsible for monitoring workloads and service levels, staffing schedules and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and reacting to changing business conditions including inbound work volumes, available staffing, and escalated work activities; ensure that service delivery is aligned and supports Talent Acquisition goals and objectives.
Responsible for implementation and ongoing refinement of the scope of services for TA Coordinator team, ensuring business continuity and compliance.
Employ best-in-class service approaches to drive efficiency (quantity), effectiveness (quality) and highest standards of customer satisfaction.
Lead the team to identify root causes, process and service gaps, roadblocks to quality customer service, opportunities for improvement in process and employee performance; identify system changes to improve quality and service levels, and to meet local regulatory requirements
Attract and retain talent, ensure development experiences (leadership, cross-functional, technical, global perspective) and diversity; ensure knowledge transfer among staff; provide expert knowledge, guidance, and mentoring to team members; manage a robust quality observation process for workflows; deliver training to staff, as necessary
Design systems and tools to track and improve daily systems and reporting
Identify and analyze experience trends
Handle candidate or recruiter escalations
Develop & implement methods to record, assess and analyze candidate feedback
Act as a steward of company financial assets
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRING
Required
Bachelors' Degree in business or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
7+ years in Talent Acquisition or related field
1 year leading teams or people management
Preferred
Experience working in a global company and in an HR shared services environment
Deep understanding of talent acquisition support processes to include complex interview scheduling
